Mochi was turned into a shelter in Los Angeles County by his owner. We aren't sure why. He wasn't happy in the shelter and was grumpy and nippy, but since he was rescued he has been a sweet, loving, playful guy. He adores toys and will play by himself, although he would do best with another dog to play with. 

As he has shown a typical "pekitude" attitude, we require an adults-only home with owners who are experienced with Pekingese and their behaviors. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply for Mochi.
