Aldo was found on the streets. It was clear something bad had happened to him -- he had wounds on his face, head and ears. He held his head at a tilt, likely to favor the side that had been injured. Was he in a fight? Did dogs do that to him? Coyotes? We don't know and never will. But a good Samaritan rescued him. And despite his injuries, despite being neglected and left alone for days, he leaned into that loving hand and allowed himself to be taken to safety. He is not fond of other dogs, especially big ones. He barks and growls at them while on walks. That's not surprising, given he likely was attacked by other dogs. He will almost certainly do best as the only dog in the home. He is learning some manners but would benefit from a manners class with his new family. Not only will it help him learn some cues in a new environment, but it also will be a great bonding experience for him and his people. Logan is a sweet, gentle guy with people. He can be a little shy at first, but again, given his past experiences, we aren't surprised. He likes walks and enjoys his naps, too. If you're looking for a very grateful pup with whom to share your life, here's your boy. More about AldoIs Not Good with Dogs, Good with Adults, Somewhat vocal, Requires a yard
