Teddy's owner died a few years ago, and he went to live with his owner's daughter and her family. Unfortunately, a dog already in the home took a disliking to Teddy. Try as she might, his new "mom" couldn't make things work with the two dogs, so she relinquished them to Shamrock. Despite being picked on by another dog, Teddy has no trouble with other canines. He absolutely loves every person he meets and is sweet and easygoing.
