Popeye was found on the streets a few months ago, very thin and almost unable to walk on his own from being so weak. A couple took him in, got him eating and helped him gain weight and get healthy, but they cannot keep him. He's loving when he gets comfortable but is timid around people and dogs he doesn't know. He gets along with the Chihuahua in the home where he is staying.  He is house-trained and crate-trained.
